Are you tired of looking up the number of the gas company for a prospect or client? Are you unsure what cable companies services a particular area? REServices can address these issues for you and provide timely information for you and your clients. Define the areas you work in and capture the services and utilities providers once, and then forget it. REServices takes care of the rest. Track the service providers for multiple areas. Capture detailed contact information for those service providers. Automatically create a memo containing a list of the service providers in a certain area. Print the memo for your client or beam it from your PDA

This software product requires a PalmOS® version of 3.5 or better. Please ensure that this requirement is met before attempting to install this software. If you are uncertain which version of the PalmOS® you are using, please refer to your PDA documentation or visit our software support forum.
If you are unfamiliar with installing files on your PDA you may want to refer to your PDA documentation for detailed instructions. This software is distributed as a single file in WinZip format. WinZip is a utility that compresses multiple files into one file. You must have the WinZip utility installed on your personal computer to open the distribution file. If you do not have WinZip installed you can download it for free from download.com . Additional information is available on our Software Support Forum under General Information and Discussion.
Below are a few tips and tricks for using the REServices program more effectively and efficiently.
Service Types – Use the Service Types button on the Welcome page to manage a list of service types. REServices comes with a predefined list of services but you can add your own and/or delete those provided. Service providers can then be associate with a type of service.
Areas– Use the Areas button on the Welcome Screen to set up a list of areas that you work in. You can name the areas anything you like. Use neighborhoods, zip codes, cities, etc. Service providers can then be associated with any area.
Active Field Labels – Any field ending in “*” is active. Click on the field label (not the field itself) to active the related function. As an example, clicking on the “Area*” label on the Provider Screen will activate the Area dialog mentioned above without having to navigate to the Welcome Screen.
In a future release REServices will allow reports to be printed on your PC using the backup copy of your REServices database located in your Hotsync® backup directory. To use the REServices reporting facility:
Please note that reports are run on the backup of the REServices database on your PC. Make sure you Hotsync® your PDA before running a report to ensure the backup on your PC has the most current data from your PDA.
