Question: Our mortgage company had us in the waiting game for over 3 weeks and now our closing date is here and we just got financing approved yesterday! We are asking for an extension on the closing date and now the seller is stating that they think they may go with another bidder who is offering cash. We put down ernest money, paid for an inspection, and have gone through such a headache to get our dream home and it is now about to be yanked away from us. Is there anything we can legally do about this? |
