Answer: The answer to your question is, even if you are married you are still an individual and that is how each lender views it. Your partner may be on your credit report but they do not effect it. Jeff Mayer Home Loans Canada

Answer: It is completely up to you. Everyone on title needs to be on the loan. However, if one has bad credit, they can quit claim off of title and simply grant deed back on after the loan is complete. If your credit is a problem, I specialize in doing loans for people with the WORST credit. Not everyone can do what I do. I can get loans for people with under 500 credit scores. Answer: To answer your question, each individual has their own FICO score. As far as lenders, it depends on the type of loan program you are going for. Married couples are viewed as individuals as far as FICO is concerned BUT may be viewed as one as far as income and debt are concerned. And as far as title, not everyone on title needs to be on the loan. Good luck & Happy New Year!

Answer: A good mortgae broker will look at both scores and show you how to use the besy score to get the best deal. A lender looks at all 3 scores for each person and the middle score is the one used. The primary borrower is the borroer who makes the most money and their middle score is used. if the Primary borrower has the worst score there can be ways around it. www.HelpWithHomeLoans.com
