I have a 548-580 fico. I went through a divorce 3 years ago that put me into a chapter 7 bankruptcy. That has been discharged for 15 months. I reaffirmed about 30,000 in debt with my credit union and they refinanced the mortgage for me at 5.8%, $147,000 for 20 years. I have a current appraisal of $225,000 but it is mixed use zoning commercial. This has caused alot of problems in financing. Low credit score mixed use commercial zoning. I need as much equity as possible out of the property to 1)consolodate all debt 2) provide operating capital for my business. I can show taxes and bank statements showing total income into business $100,000 and up. I have heard a lot of NO. I could use some help to have a total solution to my debt problem. |
