Title of Question:
My dumb husband bought a car |
|
Question: Today, my dumb husband bought a car. We have signed a contract on a $332,000 home and it will be built in 8 months. Despite the fact that he knows better, he still traded his truck to make another purchase leaving a balance of almost $10000 to pay. I know that banks dont like to see purchases like this, but does the amount make a difference? Are we messed up now because of his dumb decision? |

| Answer:
His purchase may not make a difference. However, if you are worried about it, you may want to call your lender and let them know of this new purchase. Good luck.
