Question: We have been told by our realtor that our offer to purchase a home has now a multiple offer situation even though at the time we put the offer in there was no other offer in place and wasn't for approximately two hours, the problem is she has also told us that we might night not have the right to increase our offer now that this multiple bid situation has occured, she daid that if the other offer is more attractive than ours we will not have a second chance to improve our offer, my family says that she is mis-informing us and that we can either raise our initial offer or make yet a new offer to keep in the bidding of the home, Please tell me what I can really do as we do really like this house. |
