Question: I am going into foreclosure the property is condemned by the County The mtg. knows this yet I have a buyer for the property, the mtg. Co. called me and ask to go for a short sale, I have someone to buy as is, I can't find my 02 personal Tax return th house is in my name not my CO. name but it also showes a lost. I am lost with doing the paper work, can you help?

I can hear your desperation ...contact your Tax accountant he should have a copy of your "02" Tax return. Good luck!! |
