WAITING 4 WEEKS for REO to Repond to My Offer |

Question: I put an offer 2 two weeks ago on an REO (Bank Owned property). My offer will expire tomorrow. I spoke to my realtor yesterday and he said the bank might ask for an additional 2 weeks since they have only received a total of two offers. I really want this house. I am afraid someone else is going to offer a higher amount. I am told that I can make a higher offer once someone else makes a higher offer than what I have made. PLEASE HELP. |

I offered the asking price but am also afraid. I lost my first house and am looking at this one as a blessing as it is better. I know just how you feel, but its all about the waiting game. |
