Question: The neighbors have deeded access across my property to the lake. My question is, do they have a right to put in a dock or park on the 20 ft of lakeshore access which has been deeded to them? |

While I would strongly advise you to consult with an attorney, usually a Deeded Access is exactly what it says...allows access through the property. Usually you cannot build anything on a Deeded Access, especially if the property isn't theirs. Good Luck!
