Question: My closing costs on my new home calculated are 15890.00. Is this the 5% down payment included? I read that the average closing costs in TX are 2700.00. The purchase price is 198500. Thanks |

Yes, that is including your down payment. Closing costs alone on a 198,500 home would never be that much. |
