Question: hi my buyers just did there final walk through tonight before closing tomorrow. an issue came up in that they clain that they seen more then one kitchen cabenit in the garage on the floor. i told them that that was all there was. and that i beleave in the contract that it stats kitchen cabinets in garage. can this break the deal. i feel they are looking for a way out. can they cancell contract on this ? |
