Question: The buyers are suing us for not completing items on the inspection list- we are defending ourselves by saying that they signed a walk thru statement and didnt mention any problems- what recourse do they really have? We issued a Home warranty- they claim theyve had to "use it" within the first 30 days of ownership.. please help with any advice you have (the case is in WV) |
