Question: We recently viewed the "home of our dreams"-just as we were about to make an offer someone else did and it was accepted-can we approach the new owners with a cash incentive to sell it to us-they have not moved in yet and just had all conditions meet on offer last week-we would pay the closing costs back to them -does this ever happen in real estate? |
