Question: We had an offer on a property that was a short sale (using the sellers agent, so it was a dual agency situation). However, before the bank accepted, it went to sheriff sale and now is an REO property. Our expiration date has passed on our original offer. Can we now pursue the REO department of the bank ourselves or use another realtor? |
