With the latest mapping technology and integrated multiple listing service, your overall experience should be very satisfying. The easy-to-use map search tool is very useful to any home buyer or seller, especially if they are not familiar with a particular area. You choose the parameters for your property search and save your selections in your own search profile - which you can retrieve at anytime. You can also redraw the boundaries of your search with the click and drag of the mouse and zoom in or out of your selected area. Once the map is redrawn, roll over the individual house icons to view the picture and summary of the property. For specific information on the property, left-click on the house icon - this gives you the MLS listing information. You can even schedule a showing online!

3. Recent Home Sales Information
You can either work from the MLS search map to the Community, School, and Recent Home Sales Information; or from the Community, School, and Recent Home Sales Information back to the MLS search map. Whichever method you choose is up to you.
We also offer free home buying tips and free home selling tips (which you can print), so the home buyer or seller is educated and equipped to make the best possible financial decision.
