Steve & Kathy relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 1985. They immediately observed that the real estate market was active and growing. They earned their licenses in the middle of 1985. Having extensive knowledge as prior business owners, they embarked on a successful career with a local independent Brandon brokerage. Within 2 years, they became the company's Top Producers. Steve and Kathy realized at that time, they needed to move to a more professional Real Estate office and chose RE/MAX as their place to grow. Since Steve & Kathy's philosophy is "Knowledge is Power" they earned their GRI designations (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), CRS designations (Certified Residential Specialist) and 100% Awards. Steve and Kathy are determined to give the "MOST OUTSTANDING SERVICE" they can.
