Green Valley Arizona has a great location that allows the folks in this small city of around 20,000 people to enjoy all the benefits of the small city while still being a short drive from a major metropolitan center.

Just down the highway from Tucson, you can buy a large home in Green Valley and still pay small town prices. The same home would cost you at least twice as much if you were to buy it in Tucson or one of its suburbs. Plus, if you feel like hitting the town of doing a little sophisticated shopping, just head north and it’s all there.

And of course the weather is pure Arizona, it is hot and dry and therefore good for your health, folks here just don’t have the respiratory problems that othe folks in the north have. The sun always seems to be shining and there is very little polution compared to the rest of our big polluted country.

Also, if you are a big fan of Mexico, and really, who isn’t you can drive about the same distance south and enjoy all the low prices and atmosphere of our neighbors to the south. They have great food and a vibrant culture that is sure to keep you coming back for more and more.
