The city of Sierra Vista, meaning Mountain View in Spanish, is located in Cochise County, Arizona, situated approximately 70 miles southeast of Tucson. Surrounded by the breathtaking natural beauty of majestic mountain ranges and the San Pedro River, Sierra Vista boasts a temperate year-round climate, abundant sunshine, and clean, fresh air. The city has a population of approximately 40,000 people.

Sierra Vista is the commercial center for Cochise County and parts of northern Mexico. Rapidly diversifying, Sierra Vista's economy is closely related to Fort Huachuca, a major communications center.
