Bryant Real Estate Informationp>Contrary to popular belief, the community of Bryant was not named after one of Arkansas’ most famous people, Paul ‘Bear’ Bryant (from Fordyce, Arkansas), the former legendary head coach of the University of Alabama Crimson Tide and winner of six NCAA football championships. Rather, the community of Bryant, located in Saline County, is named probably after some old geezer who was a postmaster or something of the like. In any case, the community of Bryant should be named after Bear Bryant. But we will move forward so I can tell you all about the wonderful qualities of Bryant, Arkansas.
Positioned in the heartland of central Arkansas, the community of Bryant is part of the Greater Little Rock Metropolitan Area. The heart of Arkansas’ capitol is only a short 18 miles drive northeast along Interstate-30. Because of its close proximity to Little Rock and because of its pro-business environment, many companies are attracted to Bryant, which helps fuel the city’s local economy. Consequently there is much lucrative work and business opportunities found in Bryant.
These factors has helped make Bryant one of the fastest growing communities in the “Natural State” of Arkansas. But to add more sugar to the sweetness, Bryant has a friendly and feisty community spirit as it fiercely promotes its own identity, rather than just being part of Little Rock. Community members genuinely look out and care for one another creating an enriching living experience!
