Bell Gardens is a city located in Los Angeles County, California. Its 2.5-square miles boundaries is home to approximately 45,000 residents.

Founded on the site of part of the old Rancho San Antonio, a Spanish land grant of 1810 - the original adobe house still stands and is a local attraction, Bell Gardens was named for the nearby city of Bell. The incorporation date of Bell Gardens was Aug. 1, 1961.
