At almost the geographic center of the state of California is the city of Kerman California. While this city is close to Fresno, it really isn’t in its sphere of influence. In fact the only real reason that this city exists is that it is at the crossroads of two major California Highways. This isn’t really a bad thing though if you are from this small town of 8,000 people. Its convenient location means that people from all over the state come here, or at least stop here on their way to other destinations. But how then could this small city really have such a large population if it is so remote. The answer lies in Kerman’s beauty. This is truly one of the most wondrous locations in the state. California in many ways is a microcosm of the world.

From Kerman you are never more than a short drive away from any imaginable geographic feature. Head a little bit west and you’ll find yourself at the ocean and you’ll have access to all of the California’s great beaches. Head a little bit north and you’ll find yourself in some of the most beautiful mountains in the world. Of course if you like the tough provoking majesty of the plains they are right there are well. So if you are looking for a great place to move your family, or even a place just to invest your real estate dollars in you can’t go wrong with Kerman California. It is a centrally located city in a beautiful state.
