All along highway 99, the one that cuts right through the heart of the great state of California there are many small quaint towns full of cheerful and hardworking people. This is beautiful California at it’s finest. One of these cities is the lovely little burg or Kingsburg. Not too far from Fresno, Kingsburg is known for many different small things. No, there are no massive corporate headquarters here. There are no Wal-Mart’s and there are no huge factories. Kingsburg is a city that really takes the slow California pace of life to heart. It has all of the nice little shops and restaurants that you would expect from the area. It also has some of the best wineries in the area. In fact you really can’t drive along highway 99 without stopping at at least a few wineries to do a tasting.

We all know that this area is often inundated by hoards of tourists from all over the country who arrive for their bus tours of the area. This is all right, but at night the towns are as quiet as can be. The tourists move on thus leaving the small towns to the locals who love meeting for coffee, dinner or a drink in the heart downtown. It is this kind of lifestyle that people see here and the same one which often convinces people to buy property here and build a home.

Of course you don’t have to build a home here, there are already lots of great homes in the area that are for sale and you would probably be surprised at how affordable they are.
