San Clemente is a wonderful coastal city that is isolated from the hustle and bustle of modern Los Angeles. The city is a small one, with only 54,000 people. Despite this, San Clemente is still one of the more premiere townships with a median income of $75,000 per household and an average home price of $400,000. Almost every adult is university-educated.

Over the last 75 years, San Clemente has been a haven for beautiful estate homes on the shore. It was one of the first Master-Planned cities to be built from completely empty land.
