Just how progressive is Saratoga? The Citizens Oversight Committee is charged with ensuring that library renovation & expansion funds are used in accordance with the intention of the voters. By monitoring all phases of the project, Saratoga's Committee ensures the appropriate expenditure of funds, the highest possible level of efficiency, and the maintenance of building schedules and projected budgets, so that the Saratoga Library is fully renovated and expanded to better server the needs of the community.
