Hallandale is a city located in Broward County, Florida. Situated between Fort Laudedale and Miami on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, Hallandale is approximately 20 miles from either one of these major cities.

Originally a farming community, today Hallandale's main industry is tourism. The city had an estimated population of 36,000 people, but during the height of the tourist season, the population can reach 50,000!
