Palm Coast beach is, much like its namesake to the south a beautiful sunny place where the living is great. But, unlike its neighbor to the south Palm Coast beach is a relatively quite place free from some of the crime and many of the distractions that plague Miami proper.

Palm Coast is a great place to retire to and thus many people have fled the big city and moved there for its parochial charm. This has led to a massive development of its downtown core and business area. Palm Coast has also welcomed the appearance of a brand new Wal-Mart. This new location is sure to kill any small business in the downtown core and leave many properties vacant and ripe for the picking for anyone who has some real estate capital for investment.

Of course you should be wary, do not try and sell anything that they sell at Wal-Mart because you will not be able to compete with their prices. Instead open something like a pawnshop or some place that sells guns. This will ensure that your investment pays off.

Other than that the city is very clean and orderly and most of the people who live here really enjoy it. They were a little roughed up by this year’s hurricane, but that is the price you pay for living in such a nice place.
