South Venice is a Gulf Coast town roughly located between Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg and Fort Meyers in Southwest Florida. This town of 14,000 resides just south of Venice (obviously) and enjoys some of the best weather the country has to offer.

If you enjoy sand, sun, and water, you won't have to go very far in South Venice to find all three. The Gulf Coast of Florida has some of the calmest, warmest beaches around. They're not as heavily populated as in the Tampa Bay region, so there's plenty of space to spread out and relax without having someone step on your Margarita.

Being isolated from urban centers, South Venice is a countryside settlement perfect for seniors and new families who want to get away from it all. There are also many winter homes for those snowbirds coming south from colder lands each winter season.

A number of pro sports teams (including the NHL Champion Tampa Bay Lightning), countless arts and entertainment venues, and great nightlife await you there.
