A quiet town near the west coast of central Florida, Spring Hill should not to be confused with the three other "Spring Hill" designations within the State. The population of 70,000 is a short drive to Tampa and serves as a residential base for the region.

Weather here is great, as you can expect in most of Florida. Temperatures rarely dip below 60, with most summer days in the mid-80's. It's a bit raininy here with some 252 days of precipitation. Most of it happens in the morning, when humidity is a wet 90% on average.

The cost of living in Spring Hill is significantly below the State average, making it an ideal location within 30 minutes from Tampa to settle down.

Of course there's not much to do in a small town like this, but ample entertainment and recreation is only a short drive away. Tampa is the hub of the region with great sports and entertainment venues. The great beaches of the west coast are located just past Tampa in the St. Petersburg area.

Aside from residential homes and a few small businesses, there isn't much to say about Spring Hill. If you want a quiet, slow-paced life that's close to a big city, then this would be an ideal choice for you.
