With three ski resorts close by, the biggest of which is Silver Mountain; 2 peaks, 50 runs and 2,200 ft above ground, plus multiple lakes and mountains there is not much you can’t do here. Silver wood theme park is also in the county and features over 60 rides and attractions.
As diverse a property market as anywhere in the country exists in Kootenai County, Idaho offering anything from mountain top or waterfront houses, condominiums, investment property and retirement homes. Prices are reasonable and average in the $120,000 range.
