Bloomington Illinois is twin city with Normal Illinois. That is absolutely hilarious: ”Hey, how are thing in Normal?” Normal I bet. Anyway, we’re not here to talk about Normal we’re here to talk about Bloomington.

Bloomington enjoys a position as one of the larger communities between Springfield and Chicago. Therefore a lot of traffic from these places is diverted to Bloomington. This has blessed the city with some great business opportunities and a host of cultural activities that keep the locals and out-of-towners entertained.

Bloomington also has a new city logo that it is very proud of. The confusing geometric shape is supposed to illustrate Bloomington’s multi-faceted personality. It is a place where people of all races, colors and creeds can get together and have a BBQ or garage sale or something.

It is this attitude that serves to attract real estate opportunities from business parks to residential housing. In fact there are currently a number of great commercial properties for sale in and around the area that would be great investments.

So give Bloomington a shot...or if you're bored, head on down to normal, it is a very nice community as well.
