Evanston Real Estate Information Well, it is very hard to talk about Evanston without talking about the University of Northwestern…because, well, without the university there would be no Evanston, probably. Not that any of that matter, there is a University of Northwestern and that place kicks butt in just about everything it does.
Firstly, the university is always at the top in just about every athletic category. The best example of course are the Northwestern football team. Year in year out they are one of the most feared squads in all of the NCAA. They routinely dominate their opponents and are always contenders for the NCAA national championship.

The University of Northwestern also excels in academics of all kinds. Not the least of which is the giant journalism schools that pumps out hundreds of qualified journalists every year, who cross the country digging up great stories and holding out populace accountable fo their actions.
The presence of the University has also blessed the city with many parks and a great nightlife, not to mention all of the student housing opportunities that you can take advantage of with some crafty real estate moves.
