Well, Kokomo Indiana might not be the tropical paradise immortalized by the “beach boys” on the soundtrack for the movie cocktail, but it is still a nice place to live.

Kokomo is located right in heartland of the United States where people have hardworking values that generally keep them busy and out of trouble. This makes of a stable community where real estate price stay rock solid.

Kokomo is also realatively close to Inanapolis. This attracts a large amount of business from around the country and much of it finds its way throuhg Kokomo. Heck, even some tourists come by once and a while hoping for a glipse of Tom Cruise.

Naturally, Kokomo isn’t the kind of place where you are going to make Donald Trump like money, but it is a nice place to live and earn a decent living with some creative real estate moves. You could dabble in farmland, apartment buildings or even homes. There is even a new subdivision being built on the outskirts of town that it sure to attract a little bit of speculation.
