Deep in the heart of Iowa is the city of Fairfield. This small but dynamic town of around 10,000 people has its arms open to people who are interested in moving here, buying a new home, and forging a new life for themselves and their family. The City of Fairfield is proud of its industrial heritage, which has been developed and nurtured by its community leaders for more than the past 150 years. Today we have more than a dozen manufacturing plants producing everything from washing machines to brooms and from hay-handling equipment to gloves.

Fairfield also hopes to build on its great community spirit with the completion of the new civic center. The Civic Center will be a multi-use facility housing a 520-set auditorium and a 12,000 square foot event pavilion. The pavilion can either be used as one large exhibition or meeting space, or broken down into several smaller rooms. The front lobby connecting the auditorium and pavilion will serve as a spacious art gallery. Outside the main entrance is a large plaza for outdoor events.
