Marshall Iowa is your basic town in Iowa. They have all of things you would expect from a town that size. They have a post office, a couple bars and restaurants and the usually assortment of small stores. They also have a pretty impressive city hall and, of course, like any other farming community, plenty of bars.

While this might not be the greatest place for real estate investment it does have its merits…primarily that land here is cheap and you can purchase a pretty decent farm from anyone there willing to sell, at a decent price.

This may not be a big deal now, but if, in 100 years or so, the United States tries to legalize Marijuana you will have the perfect space with which to grow it. While this might not benefit you specifically, they will help out your children enormously.

Grow ops, while illegal now are amazing sources of revenue and they should be rolling in the green in ore ways than one. So, try out Marshall, and see what they have to offer, the chances are you will be pleasantly surprised.

Not that I am encouraging anyone to buy or sell drugs here. This is still illegal and it seems the way the country is going, it is going to remain so for a long time.
