Everybody wants to move to Manhattan right…well maybe not if you are talking about Manhattan Kansas. But that’s not to slag Kansas. It is a very nice state with a lot to offer. It’s just that Manhattan Kansas has a lot to live up to.

Still, not everybody wants a hectic big city existence. Sure they will never film a sexy soap in Manhattan Kansas but everything that Manhattan NY doesn’t have can be found right here in the heart of Kansas. For instance…who doesn’t like good old fashioned country charm? Nobody, that’s who.

Manhattan Kansas has all of that old time down home appeal that cannot be compied or manufactured. The beautiful old theatre in the center of town is reminiscent of better days when people would go to the movies as a social experience, instead of cramming themselves into giant multiplexes.

There is also a main strip that runs right through the middle of town. The old folks still sit out on their porches imparting their wisdom on whomever might fall under their gaze, and the young people still cruise around looking to hook up with each other.

This all makes for a great recipe for good old American apple pie. Do dig in and grap a piece of this pie for yourself.
