Salina, Kansas

The City of Salina is located in north central Kansas, near the geographic center of United States. It is a beautiful city that is proud not only of its picturesque setting but also a community that is strong and continues to grow stronger.

It is the seventh-largest city in Kansas. Situated at the intersection of Interstate Highways 70 and 135, the City of Salina is centered in one of the largest wheat producing areas of the world. Kansas City, Missouri and Wichita, Kansas are 180 and 95 miles away, respectively, via the direct access of these two highways. Denver is 425 miles to the west.

Population growth in the 1950s was great. More than 30 years later, Salina is once again enjoying success. A much more diverse economy ensures greater economic stability. The community is well known for celebrating its own heritage and embracing those of others. There is little doubt that history is in the making for Salina!
