When most people hear the name Ann Arbor they think of one thing: The University of Michigan. This is only natural, as the University seems to permeate every aspect of life in this beautiful little city.

The University makes Ann Arbor a great place to live as it injects a youthful vitality into every aspect of this otherwise sleepy little berg. Take for instance, The Michigan Wolverines annual march to NCAA football glory. Year in year out the Wolves are one of the top teams in all of college football and the city is abuzz with expectation.

Of course you can’t forget about basketball. The Wolverines also manage to put together a great team of basketball players each year, and those guys do their best to try and make it into the NCAA tournament and represent their team and city. There is just an attitude of pride in the city.

Beyond all of this, the young people have attracted great restaurants and bars that make the city come alive at night and keep the party going until dawn. So don’t think of Ann Arbor as just another Michigan town, it’s so much more.

Also, because of the students the real estate market is surprisingly vibrant. The constant turnover of tennents makes for a fuild market full of opportunities.
