Sure you’ve heard of Detroit’s infamous 8 mile rd. popularized by rapper Eminem, but have you heard of 9 mile rd. Maybe not, but you will now. Because 9 mile rd. is where you’ll find the beautiful city of Warren.

Many people might like to simplify things and just lump Warren in with Detroit and be done with it. But if you have ever been to Warren and Detroit you know full well that those places are very different and the people of Warren have made a conscious choice to avoid the trappings of big city life in favor a more genial and sedate way of life.

When people from Detroit come to Warren they are always impressed that city has maintained its small town atmosphere will attracting such big name companies and facilities. Not only that, but Warren has become the de-facto Olympic home for many of Michigan’s best athletes.

As of late many corporations have taken advantage of the growing business climate in Warren to build their corporate headquarters in this burgeoning and every transforming city. For instance, the new $23 million, 200,000-square foot world headquarters for Asset Acceptance L.L.C., a national financial services company, which will be located on the former Tank Plant property. This is one of three new projects totaling over $50 million in private investment, and drawn to the City by the DDA project.
