Waterford MI is your basic town in Michigan. They have all of things you would expect from a town that size. They have a post office, a couple bars and restaurants and the usually assortment of small stores. They also have a pretty impressive city hall and, of course, like any other farming community, plenty of bars.

While this might not be the greatest place for real estate investment it does have its merits…primarily that land here is cheap and you can purchase a pretty decent farm from anyone there willing to sell, at a decent price.

This may not be a big deal now, but if, in 100 years or so, the United States tries to legalize Marijuana you will have the perfect space with which to grow it. While this might not benefit you specifically, they will help out your children enormously.

Grow ops, while illegal now are amazing sources of revenue and they should be rolling in the green in ore ways than one. So, try out Waterford, and see what they have to offer, the chances are you will be pleasantly surprised.

Other than that is isn't much to say about Waterford other than it is a city just like so many other cities in hte United States who, after you get down around the 20,000 population mark, they become really boring.
