Located in the luscious landscape of Anoka County, Minnesota, is the City of Andover. The city is situated 20 miles north of Minneapolis. Interestingly, the city was supposedly name when a train tipped over in a swamp, and an eyewitness, relaying the incident, said it went over and over, thereby naming the city Andover.
