Buffalo Real Estate Information We’ve all heard of Buffalo New York, but have you heard of Buffalo Minnesota? It is a beautiful little town just north of Minneapolis St. Paul, and is located on the shores of a shimmering lake. The city is growing fast and there are plenty of great deals on real estate here.
City officials actively seek new industry and business growth while also holding to a policy to preserve the downtown business district. A newly developed industrial park awaits new occupants. Highway 55 is projected to be expanded to a four lane highway, a move which will again prove a spur to growth and development.
Buffalo’s history of steady growth is projected to continue. The state’s demographer says the population will be 6,243 in 1990 and 7,987 in the year 2000. However, the city officials are confident that the population is already over that 6000 mark in 1987.
Throughout Buffalo’s history, the city officials and business leaders have actively sought out and promoted new economic growth. Various industries have come and gone, but Buffalo has always had a strong, wide industrial and business base, and the natural rise and fall of any one company has not severely damaged Buffalo’s economic health. That kind of stability is the continued goal and should sustain the good life for another 100 years.
