The City of New Hope is located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, about ten miles northwest of downtown Minneapolis. The population of New Hope is approximately 23,000 people.

New Hope was once a farming rich community at the turn of the century. It was successful then and it remains successful now with the construction of three prominent industrial parks that fuels the city's economy. The city provides access to four major interstate highways and the Minneapolis-St. Paul Internationa Airport in minutes, making its strategic location advantageous for many companies.

Recreational activites abounds in New Hope, as the city offers 20 parks that spans over 200 acres, a nine-hole golf course, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, and ice arena. In addition, the community has fitness centers, a bowling alley, five concentrated shopping centers and a unique variety of dining options.
