Roseville is a city located in Ramsey County, Minnesota situated in the northern Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan area. Positioned on two major highway arterials (I-35W & State Highway 36), it is a short commute to either Twin City downtown. The city had a population of approximately 35,000 people.
