Edison is a unique town located in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The town is known as “The Birthplace of Recorded Sound” because it’s namesake Thomas Edison lived and worked here in the 1870s. Edison set up his laboratory in Menlo Park in this picturesque town and it was here that he came up with his famed inventions the Phonograph and the Electric Light.

These days Edison is home to a colorful and diverse community. Edison residents hail from all over the world and there is a particularly large Asian population which has made the town a hot spot for delicious cuisine.
