Did you know that New Jersey's community of South Brunswick is one of the state's oldest settlement, having been established in 1798. Designated a township, South Brunswick is comprised of the villages of Kingston, Dayton, Deans, Monmouth Junction and Kendall Park.

Situated on the Millstone River in southern Middlesex County, South Bruswick Township has a total population of approximately 40,000 people. The township is about 15 miles east from Trenton, 40 miles south from New York City, and 50 miles north from Philadelphia.

South Brunswick Township have been experiencing rapid growth thanks to many commercial and residential development projects. With its strategic positioning close to the major eastern seaboard cities and its close proximity to airports, major highways and rail, many companies are finding themselves locating or relocating here. Also, its location on the Route 1 corridor makes it an appealing place for high-tech companies, which are becoming increasingly concentrated between Princeton and New Brunswick.

Despite a rapidly growing population, South Brunswick still has a significant amount of wetlands, woodlands, and open space which its residents can enjoy. Popular outdoor spots in and around South Brunswick include Ireland Brook Park, Thompson Park, Pigeon Swamp State Park, and Jamesburg County Park.
