Auburn is a prominent city in northwestern New York State. It's located in a beautiful valley of the Owasco Lake in the finger lakes region of the state. This city of 30,000 is the urban center of a largely rural countryside. Nearby cities like Syracuse, Rochester, and Buffalo are all connected through the Interstate, making Auburn a hub for commecrical and industrial activity in an area dominated by agriculture.
