Uniondale is an unincorporated village located in Nassau County, New York (Long Island). It is part of the Town of Hempstead, one of three towns (along with North Hempstead and Oyster Bay) that make up Nassau County. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 23,011.

Mitchel Athletic Complex (also called Mitchel Field) is currently home to the the Long Island Rough Riders pro soccer team and the Long Island Lizards (part of Major League Lacrosse).
