Kinton North Carolina will never be accused of being a major US city, but then again it doesn’t really want to be. Kinton is one of the most beautiful small communities in the United States, and while it is one of the biggest cities in the state, that doesn’t put it anywhere near the top nationally.

That’s all right though; Kinton makes up for it in other ways. While the population may be small, the city makes up for it in a host of other ways. The hearts of the people in Kinton are also bigger. There is never a shortage of people who will say hi to you when you walk down the cities main street. This humility and spirit was recognized when, in 2001, Kinton was acknowledged as one of America’s all-American cities.

The city also has a great University that has attracted people from all over the state and all over the country to come and study in this glorious setting. In fact, many students who plan on staying only a couple years, end up staying for much longer, if not moving there full-time. This is great for the real estate market and you’ll see it right when you get there.
