Oberlin Real Estate Information Oberlin, Ohio
From the time the City was settled in 1833 through today, Oberlin's progress has been marked by strong alliances among community partners - Oberlin Public Library, Oberlin City Schools, Oberlin Chamber of Commerce, and Oberlin College. A visit to the community would not be complete without seeing what they have to offer.
With more than 1,500 concerts, films, lectures and dance, theater and opera productions sponsored each year, Oberlin College and its renowned Conservatory of Music alone provide the town with more than enough reasons to be ranked high in the visual and performing arts.
Oberlin's population today is approximately 8,300 and our land size is more than 3 square miles. We are home to the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Air Route Traffic Control Center that provides air space control between New York and Chicago, and industry such as the National Association of College Stores (a major distributor of books and technical supplies to college stores across the country).
