Warren, Ohio

Warren has a rich heritage of innovation and leadership. In the late 1800's and early 1900's there was a structure downtown in Memorial Park, close to the banks of the Mahoning River. Apparently, at the top of this three story building was a sign that boasted in large letters, "Opportunity, It's here...City of Modern Methods".

This diversity is evident in the yearly cultural festivals that are held in City square. These festivals remind Warren people of their heritage and provide a basis for sharing this heritage with other Warrenites.
